The heart and sole of CrossFit den Daas is the teens program. With dedicated class times and smaller class sizes we have created an atmosphere where like minded teens can come together and have a place to work out.
Whether you are an athlete looking for a competitive advantage or a non-athlete looking to gain knowledge or confidence, this program is for you. By participating in this program, teens can expect to see improved physical performance, increased endurance, and a boost in confidence. Join us and unleash your full potential!
CrossFit Teens classes are recommended for ages 12 & up. CrossFit Kids classes are recommended for ages 5 - 12.
Teens are busy so we run our classes in sessions that typically coincide with school and sports seasons. By doing this our coaches can work with participants within the session timeline to establish baseline performance measures and work towards a goal to track improvement and build strength. Classes are offered Monday - Thursday evenings and participating members can attend 2 sessions per week to reach their full potential. They are welcome to attend the days that work best with their busy schedule.
